CAMPSITE RULES
- The entry into the campsite involves full acceptance and full compliance with the regulation;
- The Directorate reserves the right to modify at any time rules, schedules or whatever else may become necessary for the service;
- Anyone who had to complain about the behavior of other guests, please speak to the Directorate, which will decide the appropriate solution. It 'absolutely forbidden to argue directly with other guests.
ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES
- The entrance to the campsite is subject to the consent of the Directorate;
- Upon arrival all guests must show the Reception an ID card. Minors are allowed in camping only if brought by their parents;
- The pitches MUST be left by 12.00 am on the day of departure. In case of late departure a full day stay will be charged.
VISITS
- Visitors are allowed from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm, after leaving an ID card at the Reception;
- The visit is free for the first hour: after an hour the list prices will be applied;
- In particular cases, the Directorate may oblige visitors to leave.
SILENCE
- From23.00 to 8.00 it is forbidden to make noises of any kind. Furthermore, activities that could disturb other guests must be avoided. Radio, television or other device’s volume must be strictly kept low.
CHILDREN
- The use of toilets and leisure facilities by children must be supervised by an adult;
- The guests agree to pay damages caused to people or objects by minors under their responsibility.
DOGS
Dogs are admitted if:
• They possess a health card;
• They are kept on a lead and muzzle is applied;
• They do not disturb;
• They are not taken to the bar, to the toilets and the beaches;
• They are frequently taken outside the campsite for their needs. Eventual dirt inside the campsite must be immediately removed by the dog’s owner.
PLOTS
Guests must keep their own pitches clean and tidy and must throw rubbish in the appropriate bin, avoiding leaving bulky waste near the bins.
It is forbidden to build fences, make excavations, put gravel on the ground, light fires, pull strings at head height, pour/throw liquid substances on the ground (oils, fuels, hot liquids, soaps, etc.).
It is strictly forbidden to:
1. Damage the vegetation, services and facilities of the campsite;
2. Alter machineries or structures;
3. Throw waste, cigarettes and chewing gums to the ground;
4. Wash cars or other vehicles in the campsite.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Guests have to take care of their own objects, especially of those left in tents, caravans or campers. The Directorate is not responsible for any stolen or damaged object, except for those left at the Reception;
- Any lost item should be handed over to the Directorate that will keep it until the owners are found.
THE DIRECTORATE CAN SEND AWAY FROM THE CAMPING THOOSE WHO DO NOT RESPECT THEESE RULES OR WHO SHOW A DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS OTHER GUESTS.
